USCIS Announces Redesigned Voice Response System

USCIS has just announces the launch of a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for customers beginning February 1, 2014. The new system will provide customers with streamlined access to information on immigration, case status updates and access to customer service representatives. Los Angeles immigration lawyers JCS Immigration and Visa, has learned that callers will hear a new series of messages when calling the USCIS toll-free National Customer Service Center (NCSC) number at 1-800-375-5283.

The IVR system was specifically redesigned in response to recent stakeholder and customer feedback in order to better serve USCIS customers. The system will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week and live assistance is also available between Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the Continental U.S.
