USCIS Announces Enhanced e-Request Customer Service Tool

USCIS has just launched a redesigned, more streamlined look and feel to their online e-Request customer service tool. JCS Immigration, a Los Angeles lawyer’s office are pleased to see the update as it adds functionality and provides easier access for our clients with pending immigration cases. E-Request allows customers to submit requests to USCIS in the following situations:

  • when a case is outside of the normal processing time;
  • if a customer has not received a notice from USCIS, such as an interview or biometrics appointment notice; or
  • if there is a typographical error on a USCIS issued notice, card or other document.
