United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is inviting people to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on April 24, 2014 from 2 PM to 3:30 PM (EST). Our Los Angeles immigration attorneys have learned this teleconference is to discuss the extension of the Administrative Site Visit and Verification Program (ASVVP) for L-1 Visas.
The ASVVP is a site-inspection program that was designed to complement the Department of Homeland Security’s existing anti-fraud efforts. In an effort to strengthen the integrity of immigration benefit processing, USCIS is expanding the ASVVP to include L1 visa beneficiaries.
If you are interested in registering for this session, please contact our experienced U.S. immigration attorney for free information on how to sign up.
