ICE No Longer Requires Detainee’s Signature on G-28s

JCS Immigration and Visa, Los Angeles immigration attorneys, have just learned from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will no longer require a detained foreign national’s signature on Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative. This announcement from ICE was sent to all local field offices and should be in practice immediately.
