Approval Notices Issued Without I-94 Card

Our immigration attorneys in Los Angeles have received several reports from clients and other U.S. immigration lawyers claiming that many extension and change of status approval notices have been received that do not contain an I-94 card at the bottom of the document.

Our immigration lawyers have reached out to both the Vermont Service Center (VSC) and California Service Center (CSC) for resolution of this issue and any guidance received about how to resolve this issue.

On July 10, 2014 we received confirmation from the California Service Center that the issue has been identified and resolved. The California Service Center said the incident did not impact a large number of cases and that corrected approval notices have since been issued.

If you do not receive your corrected approval notice, complete with I-94 card within the next 10 days, please contact our Los Angeles immigration lawyer now for a FREE consultation.
