Workload Transfer from the Vermont Service Center to California Service Center

Los Angeles Immigration Attorney, Jack C. Sung, of JCS Immigration and Visa, constantly monitors immigration news and alerts from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to keep clients informed and up to date. Our Immigration lawyer’s office has just learned that USCIS recently began transferring some Extension of Stay cases from the Vermont Service Center (VSC) to the California Service Center (CSC) to balance the demand and workloads.

Currently, the only affected casework is Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, filed by an employer to extend the stay of an alien to perform services as an H-1B specialty occupation worker.

To learn more, and to see if your case is affected, please visit our website at http://JCSImmigration.com for more details.
